LEXI KEILLY, LCSW

CLINICAL DIRECTOR
She/They

My role at Humboldt Park Counseling has evolved from direct client work to nurturing the heart of our practice: our clinical team and culture. As Clinical Director, I am passionate about providing clinical supervision and consultation that empowers our therapists, and I am deeply committed to co-creating a liberatory, anti-oppressive environment where both clinicians and clients can flourish.

We heal in community and solidarity, and our work must extend beyond the therapy room to challenge systems of power and oppression. My approach to clinical support is collaborative and Parts-informed, helping clinicians contextualize their work within these larger systems. I strive to ensure our practice is a space that not only welcomes our authentic selves but actively fosters liberation — a place where too-loud laughter is welcome alongside deep, transformative work.

My own identities and experiences inform this commitment and my understanding of power, privilege, and solidarity in the therapeutic and supervisory relationship. I am dedicated to this ongoing learning, reflection, and praxis. My clinical focuses include trauma, anxiety, navigating sexuality and identity, and neurocomplexity (ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, etc.). While I am not taking new clients, my energy is dedicated to supporting the incredible clinicians who are as they provide care rooted in justice, affirmation, and collective healing.
