LEXI KEILLY

She/They

We heal and grow when we are in community with others. With all the stressors and uncertainties that life can bring, I have been grateful for the opportunity to support my clients in finding stable grounding and connection. I love working with adults and teens on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, and navigating sexuality and identity. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I am an LGBTQIA+ and nonmonogamy-affirming therapist.

My therapy style is warm and non-judgmental. I love bringing joy and laughter into session when the time is right. I will bring my full, authentic self to session and I welcome you to do the same. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels, and I provide therapy from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed focus. My approach is eclectic and highly individualized. I love to bring a "systems" lens to therapy to help contextualize your experiences within the groups, communities, and systems of your life - understanding that we are social beings that are impacted by our environments in all kinds of ways.

I know that starting therapy can seem daunting. I'm here to make the process as smooth as possible, and to answer any and all questions along the way. I can say from my experience on the "other side of the chair," that it is so worth it to take that step. All inquiries are welcome.
