Many people carry deep emotions—intense feelings, fears of being left behind, or the ache of wanting love and connection while still feeling isolated. These struggles can weigh heavily on both individuals and families. My work creates space for those experiences to be spoken, understood, and gradually reshaped into sources of strength and clarity.
Over the past 16 years, my path as a counselor has taken me from the Middle East to South Africa to the United States, where I’ve walked alongside people facing hardship, uncertainty, and change. With two graduate degrees—one in Mental Health Counseling and another in Human Services with a focus on Marriage and Family—I’ve built my practice around supporting families and individuals in some of their most challenging moments.
I don’t see therapy as labeling or fixing. Instead, I approach it as a process of uncovering what is already alive in you, creating practical steps that help you live with more steadiness and meaning. My approach is person-centered and culturally responsive, shaped by years of experience with diverse communities.
I provide therapy in both English and Arabic, offering support that is accessible across languages and cultures. What I value most is helping families find a way forward—whether that means strengthening connections, making sense of painful experiences, or finding a path back to balance.
